I'm Aleta Mechtel

I’ve spent the past 22 plus years wearing all the hats in early childhood education-Teacher, Director, Owner and Coach. I started at the bottom scrapping to figure it all out, experienced many hard lessons, failed many times but mustered the will to continue to learn and improve.


I consumed all the information I could on building effective business systems, marketing plans, excellent customer service experiences, leadership, delegation, boundaries, metrics, goal setting and a plan to put the right people in the right seats. I applied my new found knowledge and grew a profitable business despite a recession, expanded it to 4 locations and launched 2 other complementary businesses aimed at providing a solution for one of childcare’s biggest challenges-staffing.


While growing and expanding through this process, the number one thing I learned is that I didn’t have to know or figure it out all on my own to be successful. I surrounded myself with leaders and mentors who were bigger and stronger than me. I built relationships with them, learned from them and got the accountability I wanted to launch myself down a path further than I could have ever gotten on my own. Now, I'm committed to helping others launch themselves down their own success path.
